What Is It?
Agentic AI for MacroPoint for Truckers app installation is a virtual assistant that automatically engages drivers who have not yet installed the MacroPoint for Truckers app. When a load is assigned to a carrier and the associated driver lacks the required tracking app, our AI agent steps in to guide them through installation in real time.
Whether it’s via SMS, WhatsApp, or another preferred channel, Agentic AI will:
