MacroPoint accesses location information at the request of the user itself or a party doing business with the user. MacroPoint does not access location information on its own demand.

MacroPoint provides the user with their own location information for their own use or for the use of their MacroPoint approved business partners. MacroPoint does not use the users' location information for MacroPoint business purposes.
